Many people have struggled with poor mental health during the pandemic but there are practical things that you can do to improve your sense of well-being or, if the problem is more serious, get professional help.
Ryedale Community Connect has published a well-being and mental health guide full of information and advice, and contacts to the many local organisations who can provide support for those who are suffering from low mood or have concerns about their own mental health, or that of someone they know.
The guide can be downloaded here and from the resources section of this website. If you need a hard copy, please telephone Ryedale District Council on 01653 600666 and request a copy of the Ryedale Community Connect Well-being and Mental Health Guide.
